The 208MSY series is our factory's classic power turret dual-spindle milling machine tool, which is divided into two models: straight Y and interpolation Y. The bed, bed foot, headstock, slide saddle, tailstock and other structural parts are all made of high-quality cast iron and resin sand casting. After annealing and aging treatment, the size is accurate and stable, and the precision retention is good.

2. The typical high-rigidity and high-precision spindle structure has high rotation accuracy and good axial and radial cutting forces.
3. Ball screws, bearings, servo turrets, chucks, centralized lubrication devices, encoders, cooling pumps, couplings and other supporting parts are all imported from abroad, which are reliable and durable.
4. The feeding system adopts plastic coating on the sliding surface to reduce creeping, and can complete precise movement and positioning, which increases the wear resistance of the moving parts of the machine tool, enhances the impact resistance, and improves the service life of the machine tool.
5. The CNC system and drive unit are mature products of well-known brands; PLC has been used for many years and is safe and reliable; the electrical design of the machine tool is precise, the process is standardized, and the electrical appliances are all well-known brands, with low failure and durability.
6. The machine tool assembly process is fine, the moving parts are corrected by laser interferometer and ballbar, and the mechanical accuracy is far better than the national standard.
7. After the spindle unit is equipped with a power chuck and a cylinder, it is tested and counterbalanced by a dual-channel online dynamic balancing instrument, which greatly improves the dynamic accuracy and durability of the spindle.
