The 208MY series is a classic power turret turning and milling composite machine tool in our factory. The bed body, bed feet, headstock, saddle, tailstock and other structural components are all cast with high-quality cast iron and resin sand. After annealing and aging treatment, the dimensions are accurate and stable, and the accuracy is well maintained.

3. Ball screws, bearings, servo turrets, chucks, centralized lubrication devices, encoders, cooling pumps, couplings and other supporting components are all imported from abroad, reliable and durable.
4.The feed system adopts sliding surface pasting to reduce crawling, achieve precise movement and positioning, increase the wear resistance of the moving parts of the machine tool, enhance impact resistance, and improve the service life of the machine tool.
5.The CNC system and drive unit are mature products of well-known brands; PLC has been applied for many years, ensuring safety and reliability; The electrical design of the machine tool is exquisite, the process is standardized, and the electrical appliances are all well-known brands, with low faults and durability.
6.The assembly process of the machine tool is fine, and the precision of the moving part is corrected by laser interferometer and ball and rod instrument, with mechanical accuracy far superior to the national standard.
7.After assembling the power chuck and oil cylinder in the spindle unit, the dynamic accuracy and durability of the spindle have been greatly improved through dual channel online dynamic balance instrument detection and balancing.
