1. CNC36 adopts a 30° integral bed made of high-quality cast iron material and a high-rigidity structural design. The right-side chip removal structure is adopted to achieve a large chip removal capacity, and the water tank and chip removal machine can be easily pushed out from the operating position for cleaning without reserving space on the left and right sides and the rear end of the machine tool, making the user more flexible in the layout of the production workshop and making full use of the plant space.
2. The guide rail adopts Taiwan's "Yintai" high-quality widened linear rail, which greatly improves the rigidity and service life of the guide rail. It has fast moving speed, good precision retention, simple maintenance, and is suitable for precision machining.
3. The spindle adopts a high-precision spindle, and the entire spindle assembly is balanced with high precision. The maximum spindle speed can reach 5000rpm.
4. The X/Z axis adopts Taiwan's "Yintai" precision ball screw, which has fast moving speed, stability and high precision.
5 The machine tool is equipped with a standard tool row structure, with an X-axis maximum travel of 700mm and a Z-axis maximum travel of 280 mm. It has the characteristics of fast tool change, high reliability and good rigidity; it can be equipped with servo power head and Y-axis side milling and drilling device to realize turning and milling compound function.
6. There are two lubrication methods for this machine: grease lubrication and oil lubrication. The screw bearing adopts Japan NSK high-quality high-speed long-lasting grease lubrication, long service life and maintenance-free; the screw pair and guide pair adopt Taiwan Proton thin oil automatic centralized lubrication system, which is fully and reliably lubricated.
7. This machine tool can be flexibly matched with various manual chucks, Taiwan hydraulic power chucks or spring chucks according to the actual needs of customers, and various special-shaped turning fixtures can also be made according to customer parts.
8. LED lighting is adopted: energy saving, high efficiency and long life; three-color working status indicator light is adopted: real-time display of the working status of the machine tool is convenient for on-site visual management.
